You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Yoinx is not a licensed casino, securities exchange, or bank. Entry fees fund table pots and platform services as described in-product; outcomes depend on skillful use of tools against other players, not a guaranteed return.

Authentication uses Internet Identity (or other methods we support). You control your identity credentials; we associate activity with your principal ID. You are responsible for all activity under your principal.

• Keep profile data accurate when required for prize fulfillment (shipping, coupons, claims).

• Do not share access to devices that hold your Internet Identity.

• Notify us promptly at cs@yoinx.fun if you believe your account was compromised.

Core actions include Yoinx (grab hold), Slap (block the next enemy grab), and Sneak (arm a short hold). Free tools may be granted on join; extra tools can be purchased.

• Tool purchases are priced at about USD $0.10 per tool, converted to ICP at the rate used by the Service at purchase time.

• Tool purchases are final and non-refundable once credited to your inventory.

• ICP entry fees for prize pots are held in game / ledger subaccounts per table rules.

• Physical / item tables may charge entry in Yoinx tools (not ICP); join deducts from your tool chest.

• Canceled or unstarted seats may refund entry per canister / Service rules; we do not guarantee refunds for voluntary leaves after a table goes live.

• Platform fee splits (host cut, treasury, optional cycles top-up from tool revenue) may apply as disclosed in Admin / product docs.

• Practice — free tables for learning; no real ICP pot. Practice completions may update your practice stats.

• Crypto (ICP / tokens / XFT) — entry in ICP (or disclosed asset); pot and escrow follow table rules.

• Tools — free-to-join tables that award free tools as prizes.

• Gift cards — digital card prizes; claim instructions provided after win.

• Coupon — local partner deals; geo / claim-rate filters may apply.

• Physical — real-world items; shipping or pickup terms and Yoinx entry as listed on the table.

• Private — invite codes; hosts set pot and rules within Service limits.

Community vault / free vault tables are funded by platform reserves (including tool revenue share) and eligibility rules shown in-product. We may change eligibility or pause free tables without prior notice.

Prizes may include:

• ICP and other crypto — claim to your ledger subaccount; withdraw to a principal you control.

• Gift cards — digital codes / fulfillment subject to issuer terms.

• Local coupons — redeem at partner businesses within stated windows.

• Physical goods — shipping cost, geo radius, and pickup info on the table apply.

• XFTs — escrowed digital collectibles released to the winner per table rules.

• Free tools — credited after a successful claim on tools tables.

You are solely responsible for taxes, import duties, and safekeeping of crypto or digital codes. Unclaimed prizes may expire or be voided after a reasonable period disclosed in the Service or by notice.

• Redeem within 14 business days of issuance unless the coupon states otherwise.

• Coupons are non-transferable and may only be used by the winning account.

• Partner businesses set their own redemption policies; Yoinx is not liable if a partner refuses or fails to honor a coupon.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.

• Cheat, collude, multi-account farm, bot, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.

• Manipulate timers, spoof geo, or attack APIs / canisters.

• Harass others in chat, spam, or post illegal content.

• Create fraudulent tables or misrepresent physical prizes.

We may reverse suspicious outcomes, void prizes, ban principals, and cooperate with investigators when we reasonably believe abuse occurred.

Ledger and canister state may be public. Explorer links and shortened principals shown in the UI are for transparency, not investment advice.

THE SERVICE AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoinx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or crypto, arising from your use of the Service. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability, IP, dispute, eligibility) survive termination.

We may update this Agreement by posting a new version and updating the date above. Material changes may also be called out in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
